§ 1 Scope
‍
These Terms and CondiEons (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded between VisionValleyOpEcs
(hereinaMer referred to as the “Provider”) and the customer (hereinaMer referred to as the
“Customer”) via the website [Website-URL] or in-store. Any conflicEng terms and condiEons of
the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in wriEng.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
‍
1. The presentaEon of goods on the website or in-store does not consEtute a legally
binding offer but an invitaEon to place an order.
‍
2. By submi\ng an order through the website or placing an order in-store, the
Customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
‍
3. The purchase contract is only concluded when the Provider accepts the offer by
sending an order confirmaEon or delivering the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
‍
1. All prices listed on the website or in-store are inclusive of the applicable statutory
VAT, unless otherwise stated.
‍
2. Shipping costs are displayed to the Customer during the ordering process and
must be borne by the Customer.
‍
3. The Customer may pay by [insert payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal,

4. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The
Customer will automaEcally be in default if payment is not received within [number of days]

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

2. If the ordered product is not available because the Provider, through no fault of
their own, is not supplied with the product by its suppliers, the Provider may withdraw from the

made will be refunded promptly.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without
giving any reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must noEfy the Provider (Georg
Braun, Am Schilfpark 5b, 21029 Hamburg, [email address and phone number]) by means of a
clear declaraEon (e.g., a leber sent by post or email) of their decision to withdraw from the
contract.

3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the
communicaEon regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period
expires.

§ 6 Retention of Title
‍
The goods remain the property of the Provider unEl full payment of the purchase price has been
made.
‍
§ 7 Warranty and Liability
‍
1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
‍
2. The Provider is fully liable for damages resulEng from injury to life, body, or health
that are based on a negligent or intenEonal breach of duty, as well as for damages caused by
gross negligence or intent by the Provider.

3. The Provider’s liability for slight negligence is otherwise excluded.
‍
§ 8 Data Protection
‍
1. The Provider collects and processes the Customer’s personal data for the
execuEon of the order and the performance of the contract in accordance with data protecEon
regulaEons.
‍
2. Further informaEon about the processing of personal data can be found in the
Provider’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
‍
§ 9 Final Provisions
‍
1. Contracts between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the laws of
the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United NaEons ConvenEon on Contracts for the
InternaEonal Sale of Goods (CISG).
‍
2. If the Customer is a merchant, a legal enEty under public law, or a special fund
under public law, the place of jurisdicEon for all disputes arising from contractual relaEonships
between the Customer and the Provider is the Provider’s registered office.
‍
3. Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the
remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
